Last updated: August 7, 2026

These terms govern your use of thelure.studio. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

OWNERSHIP OF THE WORK

Everything on this site — the imagery, film and video work, visual effects, color work, text, design, and the name and marks of The Lure — is owned by The Lure or used with the permission of the clients and collaborators who own it. It is protected by copyright and other intellectual property law.

WHAT YOU MAY AND MAY NOT DO

You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, download, republish, resell, or otherwise use any of the work shown here, in whole or in part, without our written permission. This includes use as training data for machine learning or generative models.

CLIENT WORK

Work shown in our portfolio is published with the permission of the clients concerned. Credits reflect our role on each project; other parties hold their own rights in the finished work.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED AS IT IS

We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that everything on it is complete and current. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Lure is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

Where we link to third-party sites we do so for convenience. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of British Columbia.
